Good Quality Insulating Glass Machine - IGL-1807N Automatic Insulating Glass Production Line – CBS Detail:

Features and functions:

1. The automatic insulating glass unit production line including glass loading section, low-e glass and coated glass washing & drying machine, glass transportation section, inspection & aluminium spacer frame assembly section, glass pane plate press section, finished double glazing unit output section and tilting unloading table.
2. Automatically distinguish the coating side of coated glass and Low-E glass.
3. PLC controller with touch screen operation.
4. The full automatic insulated glass unit making machine adopts inside glass assembly, which can produce standard double layer IGU, three layers insulated glass unit and step insulated glass unit also.
5. Plate press section adopt gear and chain synchronous devise and driven by hydraulic station. The plate press table also openable for maintenance.
6. Whole line adopt frequency converter to adjust speed, output 800 PCS per shift.
7 .Automatic insulated in-line argon gas filling in the plate press section (optional).
