Overview

G-VFE Series Vertical Glass Cup Wheel Edgers Grind & Polish Glass Flat Edge & 45° Arris or Seam.

The machines consist of metal bond, resin bond diamond cup wheels and polishing wheels as well. When glass passes vertically, glass bottom edges are in contact with wheel and they are grinded and polished. Fine satin edges finishes are obtained. We provide several models of glass cup edgers.

3. HMI touch panel operator interface for fast and easy operation parameters input

5. Glass thickness displayed digitally adjusted by encoder with AC motor controlled by PLC

6. Glass travel speed regulated by knob with frequency inverter

7. Glass load up to 700 kg

8. All custom design ABB spindles motors

9. Pneumatic cylinders for polishing spindles

10. Process as thick as 30 mm glass (optional 50 mm)

11. One 10S and two CE3 polishing wheels obtain very fine bright edge finish while not sacrificing full speed of glass travel

12. 6 flat edging spindles and 6 seaming spindles (3 each for front & rear) (optional 8 flat edging spindles and 4 seaming spindles (each 2 for front & rear)
